These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the services provided by Zykar Solutions Limited (“Zykar Solutions”, “we”, “us”, “our”). By engaging our services or using our website, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Scope of Services

Zykar Solutions provides professional services including but not limited to:

  • Web design and web development

  • Branding and graphic design

  • Digital marketing and communications

  • Film and media-related services

  • Consultancy and related digital services

Specific services, timelines, and pricing shall be agreed upon in writing (proposal, quotation, or contract).

2. Client Obligations

The client agrees to:

  • Provide accurate and lawful content, materials, and instructions

  • Ensure ownership or permission to use all submitted content

  • Review and approve deliverables within agreed timelines

Delays caused by the client may affect delivery schedules.

3. Fees and Payments

  • All fees are quoted in Zambian Kwacha unless stated otherwise

  • Deposits are required before commencement of work

  • Final deliverables may be withheld until full payment is received

4. Intellectual Property

Unless otherwise agreed in writing:

  • Upon full payment, the client is granted rights to final approved deliverables

  • Zykar Solutions retains the right to display completed work for portfolio and marketing purposes

  • Drafts, concepts, and unused materials remain the property of Zykar Solutions

5. Limitation of Liability

Zykar Solutions shall not be liable for:

  • Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages

  • Loss of profits, data, or business opportunities

  • Issues arising from third-party services, hosting providers, or platforms

Our total liability shall not exceed the fees paid for the specific service.

6. Termination

Either party may terminate services for material breach with written notice. Fees for work completed up to the termination date remain payable.

7. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Zambia.
