Web Design & Digital Services Terms

These terms apply specifically to web design, development, and related digital services.

1. Services

• Website design and development based on agreed scope
• Optional services: hosting, domain assistance, maintenance, and content support

2. Content & Assets

• Clients are responsible for providing text, images, and logos unless otherwise agreed
• Content creation or logo design may incur additional charges

3. Revisions

• Reasonable revisions are included as outlined in the proposal
• Additional revisions or scope changes may attract extra fees

4. Hosting & Domains

• Hosting and domain registration are not included unless explicitly stated
• If third-party hosting is used, Zykar Solutions is not responsible for downtime or data loss

5. Delivery & Acceptance

Projects are deemed accepted if no written issues are raised within 7 days of delivery.
