This Refund Policy outlines when refunds may be issued.

1. Non-Refundable Services

Due to the nature of digital and professional services, the following are non-refundable:

• Web design and development services

• Graphic design and branding services

• Consultancy and professional service fees

• Custom digital work once commenced

2. Refundable Items (Where Applicable)

• Hosting or subscriptions may be refundable within 7–30 days if not yet activated, subject to third-party provider terms

3. Deposits

All deposits are non-refundable once work has commenced.

4. Payment Methods

Refunds, where applicable, will be processed using the original payment method or credited to client balance, subject to processor rules.

5. Cancellations

Clients may cancel services in writing. Fees for work completed up to the cancellation date remain payable.
